Madman's Diaries Lyrics

After two long days at bay we finally set sail.
The morning breeze grabbed our colours, moved
us into the morning light of day. But the first
night I was on ship, heared a rumbling, checked
the deck. I could swear that I have heared that
eversingen oceans wight. Oh and my fragile
mind, miraculously haunted from beyond. From
those quiddities which presence only I can feel.
[Sing with me, come follow me,]
[rest with me forever and evermore.]

Listen to the things only I can see - Do not
believe a madmans memories. Keep low what
seethes inside of me - Do not believe a seadogs
diaries. Cause once you catch on with the
fables, there's always something strange in
sight and when the night will turn the tables,
sirens singing when its quiet.
The 5th day I could find no sleep,
'cause everytime I'm laying down it creeps
my mind from what I'll find - this oddish
nights. Day 12 today, I'm really sure that
I've heared voices in the hold. Soon I might
seal my diary and throw it over board.

So that what I have witnessed hopefully
can't remain untold. And when the
morning fog will be lifted, I'm going
to see which wonders will unfold.
Sing for me, I'll follow you.
[Sing with me, come follow me,]
For claiming maws, that roar below.
[rest with me forever and evermore.]

Listen to the things only I can see - Do not
believe a madmans memories. Keep low what
seethes inside of me - Do not believe a seadogs
diaries. Cause once you catch on with the
fables, there's always something strange in
sight and when the night will turn the tables,
sirens singing when its quiet.
